Harriett-Graham is known for accomplishing tasks efficiently and effectively. Serving as your wedding designer, Harriett-Graham will work to ensure that your vision comes to life, while you relax and take in all the special moments leading up to and on your wedding day. Regardless of the design package chosen, an initial consultation always comes first. The consultation gives the couple an opportunity to share their desires for the wedding and for Harriett-Graham to better explain her design process. 

Day Of Design

The Day Of Design package is perfect for the couple who has planned their wedding and is looking for someone to help execute their vision. This package actually begins 14-12 weeks prior to the day of the wedding. The timeframe allows Harriett-Graham to walk with you through the final months of the engagement in order to relieve you of various responsibilities and to make your hard work a reality. This package starts at $1,200.

Planning

  • Initial consultation prior to booking

  • Unlimited phone and email availability

  • Host a detailing appointment three months prior to the wedding day

  • Create the ceremony and reception venue(s) diagram

  • Host a final onsite walkthrough of the ceremony and reception venue(s) a month prior to the wedding day

  • Prepare a custom wedding weekend timeline

  • Communicate with and confirm final vendor plans

 

The Week of the Wedding

  • Host a drop off appointment the week of the wedding with the couple to receive any personal wedding day decor and final vendor payments

  • Conduct a 1 hour rehearsal the day before the wedding

The Day of the Wedding

  • Unlimited day of coordination

  • Serve as the point of contact the day of the wedding

  • Provide a wedding day "emergency" kit

  • Oversee vendor setup and deliveries the day of the wedding

  • Assist with setup and take down of personal decor

  • Direct the flow of ceremony as well as the processional and recessional

  • Coordinate the reception events

  • Coordinate the couples send off

  • Execute any venue requirements

  • Manage the cleanup of the ceremony and reception venue(s)

  • Ensure personal items are placed in a secure location

The Week After the Wedding

  • If local, return the cake stand​

  • Follow up with the vendor team

Partial Design

The Partial Design package is perfect for the couple who wants to be very involved in the wedding planning process, but my not be able to fully commit to planning the entire wedding on their own. This package provides support where you need it most! Allow Harriett-Graham to collaborate with you and give you a professionally designed event. This package starts at $2,200.

Planning

  • Initial consultation prior to booking

  • Unlimited phone and email availability

  • Tailored recommended vendor list

  • Host a design meeting within two months of booking

  • Create a design plan and present the to the couple six months prior to the wedding day

  • Find and secure up to two vendors

  • Create a customized checklist that keeps the couple on track of all their monthly wedding tasks

  • Facilitate monthly check-ins on the planning process

  • Host a detailing appointment three months prior to the wedding day

  • Create the ceremony and reception venue(s) diagram

  • Host a final onsite walkthrough of the ceremony and reception venue(s) a month prior to the wedding day

  • Attend final meeting with up to two vendors

  • Prepare a custom wedding weekend timeline

  • Communicate with and confirm final vendor plans

This package starts at $4,200.

Planning

  • Present a customized vendor list

  • Coordinate venue site tours and assist with selection and bookings

  • Create a design plan and present the to the couple six months prior to the wedding day

  • Find and secure all needed vendors

  • Prepare and manage a budget expense spreadsheet

  • Create a customized checklist that keeps the couple on track of all their monthly wedding tasks

  • Facilitate monthly check-ins on the planning process

  • Provide guest list management tools for coordinating RSVPS, seating assignments, out of town status, and thank you notes

  • Assist in establishing hotel room blocks

  • Design the couple's wedding website

  • Create the ceremony and reception venue(s) diagram

  • Design the paper suite (invitations and save the dates)

  • Coordinate the mailing of the save the dates

  • Coordinate the stuffing and mailing of invitations
